Ingredients
- Egg - 3
- Shredded coconut - 3 tbsp
- Rice flour - 3 tbsp
- Shallots - a handful chopped
- Green chilly - 3-4 chopped
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- Curry leaves chopped - 3 sprigs
- Water if needed to make batter
Method
Mix in all the ingredients and fry in hot oil in an uniappam pan.
YUMMY AND TASTY SNACK FOR TEA IS READY TO BITE.
For this you will need a unniappam pan!
